- We will provide a replacement or refund

- Refunds are processed after verification
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping may be covered in case of defective or incorrect items
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before production begins
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design work has started
